This is Mitsukaryuu(Big name, I know), a Legendary Zeon (With the aperance of a Light-Ryu mix zeon) If you checked out the previous picture, then you now know who sealed the big bad Chaos Zeon. Guess he was sick of Maliggy f**cking around with his Earth (Sorry for the swearing) and stoped him in his tracks.
He used l33t zeon powah skills. All blue and shiney...And he's all ready to kick monster zeon butt.
