Hmm. One thing really stuck out to me. Most of your releases sounded like you were stopping the sound with your tongue. Try for a more tapered air release. If you're going to want a more classical sound, you'll not want choppy releases but almost like a string bass sort of.
To help with those intervals, try keeping a bit more open of a throat and your tongue lower in your mouth. That'll help with those 4ths and 5ths coming out and lower notes sound more projected without needing to sound honky and as well with the choppy, airy tonging you're getting.
Don't be afraid to use the higher register. Tenor is a good choice for moving between alto, tenor, and baritone voicings so you want to make sure you can get a consistant tone throught the entire range. Long tones in 5ths will help gettign used to intervals and help build a better tone.
Hope some of my amateur advice can help.

i was actually just playing by sheet music XD
the choppy sound was due to my out of breathness.
the reason it sounded like i was stopping the sound with my tongue was cause i was xD if i didn't then the result would've been a sqwak and me having to re-record. which this being the like 20th time rerecording i didn't want that xD.
i will agree with you that my throat was tight and some brays so to speak did happen, and i am aware of why they did xD it was because instead of tonguing and changing the note i just changed my air.
I would like to add that I detest the sound of the higher range. I can play it fine, it's just it makes me dizzy when i play D's above the staff xD
a lot of the problems was my frustration and just surrender. cause i didn't want to re-record at all.
