Just the wonderful character designs and world thou. The gameplay is a little hard to get into for me.
For starters, I'm already level 10 and I have yet to even earn my first coin. I have no freaking idea what to do or where to go except beating up tiny birds and kittens. XD

So Wakfu does have all of the old Dofus races in it, then? I had only briefly played the original, myself, but I liked the Sacriers myself.
Fond memory: random PvP battle. Some guy's dropping hidden traps all over the place... and I kick-shove him right into one of the ones he placed.
