Those are both nothing but fanon. The second one in particular is a serious load of bullshit... I mean fanon.
Given how, you know, they assume they know the name of a character that is never named, then they decide they're going to tell everywhere they have "official sources" about said name.
If it's not directly from the show, it's not canon, and therefore fanon. If it's fanon, it's NOT CONFIRMED. Which means you shouldn't go around naming the ponies whose names we don't know, because when we do find out their names, chances are you're going to be wrong.
tl;dr version is "if it's not directly from the show, it's just fanon, which is different for everybody."
