I'm really fortunate my ex ripped up all my art, because I don't know what I would have done with all the art I'd done of him. It was like.. sketchbooks upon sketchbooks.

There's some sort of healing vibe I get (or am simply imagining?) from posting/revisiting old memories. Maybe of way of saying "things change but we can still celebrate the good times".

Either way, your art is rad and I'm just happy to see more of it!

Hmn, I suppose you could see it that way! I tend to get a little melancholy nostalgic when looking at old art of times that are no longer around. But I guess its always good to keep a visual diary to be able to preserve said times.
