Sadly, no. I wanted to be, desperately. I loved the uniforms even when I was 7 for real ;)
But the meetings were too late in the evenings - past my bedtime, my mom said. I got stuck in a church group that had some similarities, and I got the equivalent of an Eagle, but I've still always wished I was.
The total lack of tolerance of the group not withstanding - I love the uniform and the ethos, not the hate.
