I've been reading some books on Egypt lately, and it made me think of this. I drew this back in 2008, and unfortunately, any motivation behind why I drew us playing Wii as Egyptians has long since been lost. I *think* the theme/idea may have been modern scenes drawn in an Egyptian style. I know for sure that I had originally intended to make hieroglyphs around us making prayers to video game gods. :P And yes, I know Neshiu has a male stance and male clothes; she's a tom-boy type in real life, so I did it on purpose. It's at least semi-hisorical, anyway, so I figured I'd post it here.
