also this is just plain and simply amazing.

There were some things about this that i didn't like, like how the whole thing just felt a little "flat" to me. I like the little gorath part, and the idea, but how it came together was just "eh", so i never posted.

i can understand and respect your POV, but you should post a wide range of your skills anyways even if it doesnt work out. i really like the colours honestly, and it all stills suits your style so it's still got unity to it.

Oh, those multi-threaded streams roiling around mossy boulders are some of my most beloved landscape formations. Tiny, secluded ponds and rivers with canopy shedding its shadow on them is a visual memory to be cherished.

And here it is, in a drawing with a scythe-winged Gorath for bonus points ! It's evocative of "pool of tears" sort of imagery, although here it's more like brooding than outright sorrow. Your trademark flowing pastels are busily at work here, and the composition is bold with the stream's flow defining working as a segue between two major epicenters of pictureness amidst whitevoid background.
