I'd like to know where the explicit stuff is here, to be honest. There's nothing there at all, at all, that's pornographic, and certainly not anything that counts as an underage character in a sexual situation - it's child pornography that's banned, and this is not in any sense of the word.
You'd have as good a case claiming it was in violation of gender discrimination because Silkenpaws is the one who does something silly.
