Omicron is the seventh installation into the Lhi'aan race and is technically the ears of the Lhi'aans while Rho is the eyes and Omega the voice and etc. Omicron is intentinally made blind for the purpose of experimental echolocation and sound filter technologies which was a success. he can make ultrasonic images via vibrations in the environment. Also he can use a sound filter to channel frequncies of sounds of his choosing, even if it is loud. He is programed with nearly all of the martial arts and understands pressure points.

He is profoundly wise for being only a few days old from his environment. his listening has himself in tune with nature and as such can use it to his advantage. And he does not consider his blindness a handicap,In fact one asked if he wished he could see and he responded this. " Why feel sorry for me because you see a blind man?
