Been seeing this meme going around and finally decided it'd be fun to quickly do one for myself, especially considering how similar some outfits and poses have turned out between my human self and my dragon self. ^^ So here ya go, the Dorey and the Dorey behind the Dorey.

I don't know why but right when I looked at the picture my eyes locked onto the mountain dew code red in the lower right hand corner. Well, either mountain dew or gateraid I can't decide. Taking a closer look at it I think I will say it is gateraid. Anyways, more about the picture in general and less about the soft drink bottle with the mysterious orange liquid inside of it. Ummmmmmmmm *gets distracted* ohhh look! Microwave! Micro! Wave! Wave Micro! Wicromave! Eicromavw! Anagrams! *looks around* no I'm not ADD..........................nice wings!
Hehe! Actually.... on the cart under the microwave is sa 12-pack of Mountain Dew Game Fuel, was a limited release flavor they did for Halo 3 that I really liked. The bottle of disturbingly orange liquid under the table is actually engine coolant for my car. Which amusingly is nearly the same color as Game Fuel, so I had to be careful not to confuse them. ;)
Making one that perfectly fits the space I need it to. I would make it a little higher, with a second shelf above for my toaster oven. It would have doors in the front so I could keep my pot lids protected from dust and what not. Maybe hooks for my oven mits. Definitely a drawer for linens.
Aha! That does all sound quite handy. I appreciate things that have such well thought-out storage! And having spent the last six years living out of an apartment with a rather tiny kitchen, I can safely say that kitchens are definitely places that could benefit from this.
Mine was a one bedroom thankfully, so I had room to stretch out, but the kitchen was still pretty cramped. :) Big enough for me to use it as needed but I did have to rely on things like this cart for much of my storage. Thankfully I've ever had to deal with a community kitchen, I think that would really drive me nuts too!
I plan on building a permanent yurt for my home, hoping to be able to do that in about 8 years. *crossing fingers* I'll be designing my own kitchen. It'll be all lefty friendly too. To get an idea of what I mean http://www.mandalahomes.com/
Oh wow, those are really cool! I've stayed in a place somewhat similar to those designs down in the Florida Keys, they're neat. Being able to design your own dwelling really seems like it would be a neat experience and a lot of fun. I hope all goes well for you on that! And hooray for it being lefty friendly to. ^^
