Thor, or Kevin on his ID card, does have a festive side. Its not flashy, its not commercial. Its just cute.
Plus he has further reason to feel festive. He's finally managed to heal. As some recall he used to have red cheeks and was prone to random (and painful) short-outs when using his electricity. Now that the cheeks have healed, he can engage in normal activities (for a Raichu) again.
Side note: He also looks more grown up now, doesn't he? XD Its awesome.
Its an icon comission, so you aren't getting the super-huge 400x400 yet. Sorry!
Also use "full view" to shrink it proper and remove the pixelated stuff.
