I was in a pretty bleh mood about Jessie when I first made him (this is kind of old, as you can see from the old Doctor Who tat) and so I made this. Btw the scar he has there is from his brother who used to beat him up to try to make him more 'manly' and one such horse play/beating ended up sending Jessie over a barbed wire fence and he got that scar.
