Maybe it's his eyes, maybe it's the grin, maybe it's the guitar... Hmm, nah. It's ALL awesome! XD
I especially like how you drew the guitar right there. Excellent detail on the whole drawing. I like his expression very much, both the eyes and the grin.
It represents insanity by one part, and by the other, i see he likes to have fun. Maybe it's the kind of expression i would use on my character sometime if i could draw. I'm "insane", after all, in a sense. Very, very good job here!
