Okay, I think I remember now. The tabs default to on top, I think since 7 or maybe 6, same with the menu becoming a titlebar button. One minor problem though is that this new feature only saves space if you're window's always maximized. If not, the Firefox menu still appears on the titlebar, but the tabs won't.
