Commission work for
hallan of his giant lion character Def Con Zero.
Apparently DC0 has a strong military bent or backstory. I'm not sure but he seems to spend a lot of time fighting other giants. The Demigods title is covering up some decent art (IMHO) of torn up skyscrapers.
This was kind of challenging because of all the details requested such as the little girl, the flag, the flag, DC0's position and so on.

Imagine if someone with Saurus' powers had Hellhound's sadistic bloodlust and Nightmare's contempt for those 'lesser' than her. Now set it loose in a crowded city. That's the kind of threat Def Con Zero is meant to face, though he does have other roles from time to time. Want to stomp people under his protection? Prepare to be introduced to a multikiloton-yield gamma ray laser rifle, an upsized Glock .45 magnum, a concrete-pulverizing roar, and/or other weapons as necessary.
I really like these magazine covers, as they certainly catch my attention, and the articles always look interesting.
"Do heroes suffer from PTSD?": Despite their powers, on a mental and emotional level, most are not much different from the rest of us; they're people too, and aren't exempt from psychological trauma. It's far too easy to believe they are beyond "mortal sufferings", and so not see the pain they're really in.
"Collateral Damage": Now there's a subject that's not brought up enough (at least not seriously).

I was just complaining that you don't get enough Demigods requests and here you are with two in a row, WTF Egg? :P
Not a fan of macros but the concept behind this character is interesting enough and certainly addresses the giant monster aspect of the comics. Love the articles on collateral and psychological trauma, something that doesn't get brought up enough. Mentalrix would know something about the latter, stalking sexual predators and other monsters is not a healthy habit if you're a telepath.
