So the doodle of Shauntal and Litwick is related XD

What I'm looking for: This trade doesn't really have to be immediate (Holidays, finals, end of semester stuff put a damper on drawing) but I've got to say I'm stumped as hell on drawing a trainer for myself. I'm looking for someone who might be able to help me by drawing a trainer that represents me in the Pokémon world. I have a few requirements that must be met but apart from that I'd love to see what folks come up with.

SUPER IMPORTANT LIST OF TRAITS:
-MUST be female.
-Character must be dark haired/dark eyed - I am a brown-eyed, dark brunette IRL I'd like to stay one or at least of a comparable color for a Pokémon trainer. I'll leave it up to the artist brave enough to take this on as a challenge as to what style it's done in. I love wild hair styles, but IRL I tend to stick to less outlandish things like ponytails, buns or a lazy ponytail loop.
-Character must be portly! - Not a stick! This is really what's stumping me as far as Pokémon styles. The variability of the character models for females in game is extremely limited. They're either rail thin and gorgeous, or fat and old or anime version of ugly (suckerfish mouth and no definition that makes them appear "female).
-Character is not super serious or super happy, but she is a very loving trainer, enjoys plant/poison combinations of Pokémon but has adopted a full span of elemental mons to round out her team and make it easier to battle.

NOT SO SUPER IMPORTANT STUFF:
-I would PREFER to have a small variety of styles of clothing, sort of like the character sheets you see floating around DeviantArt and Furaffinity where they're depicted in typical gear, winter gear, alternate outfits or competition styles. Pokémon fashion is highly variable, so I'm a little stumped as to what to stick a chubby female character in.
-I can provide a list of Pokémon I've used and continue to use in the generations of games, from Johto to Unova and beyond if you'd like to also fit in a monster or two, and it may help give a clearer picture of what the trainer would look like. Please no kigurumi outfits (the trainer loves her 'mons but not enough to dress like them ;_
-I can also provide a list of important gear that might appear on one of those character sheets I mentioned earlier.

What I'm offering in exchange:
Sticking with the Pokémon theme, I figured I'd offer a character drawing of a trainer OC in return. Character references/reference images are certainly appreciated but given the fact I'm being pretty demanding by saying "CREATE MY TRAINER OC'S LOOK FROM THE GROUND UP!" I could try and do the same in return : ) So offering a character sheet with the Trainer OC depicted in a variety of outfits, with special items with up to the full team of Pokémon shown with their trainer, this means any generation from Blue and Red up to the current ones in Black and White.

I do not expect this trade to be a super fast one, in fact I'd love to see in progress works as I love to do that sort of thing myself when doing trades or commissions. It doesn't have to be done before Christmas or anything but I'd love to see that it actually gets finished XD I'll provide WIPs as well, and when we're both satisfied that the pieces are done, I'll provide a higher resolution version of the image before posting it anywhere.
