Decided not to go with a Katsean look for Mina. Instead, I changed her hair style, and color slightly. She no longer has the wings, merely squirrel like in the tail and ears.
Mina's story has changed as there is no Section 6 in existence. Instead she works at an old bookstore. She doesn't gain her abilities over the elements until she comes across an old book in the backroom that grants them to her when she break the lock.
That's all I have so far at least. Her dress will make a return eventually. XD
