yeah, i would so pay to see these two showdown.
i put the title "two outlaws" because puss is an outlaw in the movie even though he gets redeemed kind of as a hero at the end. they made puss really badass in the movie.

Well I would say jake would win (snakes may be bigger but they can be very fast) and puss might be a smaller target but jake would swallow puss in one gulp(looking at the size) in weapons sake jake has puss beat(gun vs sword gun alway wins) and jake could shot each of pusses Limbs and match would be over. Puss could only win if there was a 10 ton wieght attached to rope above jakes head. Case in point jake is the winner here.
