"Me? A hero? Oh, no. I'm merely here out of necessity. Change is on the horizon, after all."
Mijia is the goddess of change and illusion in Mira, though stances on her vary on what religion you consult. To those in the Celestial Path, she is one of the “Barrier Gods” who actively hinder the progress of the Vangothic expansion. To the followers of the Old Way, Mijia is a nurturing, motherly deity who fosters growth and development and fiercely protects her worshipers with justified deceit.
She is unique in that, like Ghayth, she is a “Barrier God” and, like Hadyn, she chooses to reside on the mortal plane. Indeed, the Vangoth Empire has grown to loathe her due to her presence in the Northern Wastes, a near uninhabitable badland that is impossible to navigate and draws an impenetrable barrier between Vangoth and Fraska. The entire landscape has shifted from grazing lands and rolling prairies to a barren expanse of toxic pools and rocky cliffs, rapidly transformed by Mijia in a seeming attempt to keep Vangoth from invading its northern neighbor. Though many cite this as proof of her cruelty, killing of the flora and endangering the fauna, research has indicated that the plant and animal life was similarly changed for the sake of their survival, and the races of beastmen and elf that once inhabited the land are still quite content in their new, safe environment and have adapted exceedingly well.
The same cannot be said for Vangothic soldiers, who have never been able to breach more than a few miles into the wasteland before having to retreat.
Mijia is a quirky god in that she is sometimes mistaken as a mere mutant by travelers who happen across her, and her gentle, humble nature often never gives away her true identity. She is soft-spoken, placid, understanding, and soothing during times of peace, and just, brave, and protective during times of war. Her nature is overwhelmingly “good” in comparison to other gods, with her primary concern being the wellbeing of all mortals, even those who despise her. Most of her energy and power is put forth to assist progress, evolution, and beneficial change to all peoples of Mira, no matter how small.

Alright so, two mouths. Does that mean if she ate Orange sherbet with the one mouth, and Rainbow sherbert with the other, she would taste each ice cream seperately? Or, would it be a blend of flavors?
...then again, maybe there's just not that big a difference in any kind of sherbert :(

She would actually taste it separately. :D
Mij is a combination of two fused creatures, and while the consciousness of one is the only one to survive, the senses of the both still work. Her existence would probably be very surreal to anyone else, thinking with one mind and sensing with two, but it's so everyday to her that it don't bother her one bit~
