Evangeline Gabriel, playing guitar. The halo is more for composition, but it also ties into the theme that anyone can find redemption, anyone can become a saint, and climb the stairway. Though, she is established as a <b>really</b> good person, and, in the way that most protagonists are, a pseudo messianic figure. Really, she is just a rather good disciple of kindness and selflessness. She is just one of us, she just has a lot to give, and she doesn't know how to stop. Which, is also one of her flaws, as others have to keep her in check. Not an easy job for her husband and the rest of her band. Actually, it causes problems at some points in the story.

Great piece. Not usually the kind of music I dig (nothin' against Phish, they're a very respectable bunch of dudes) but it goes well with the picture. Kinda fascinated by these types of characters (my fursona is -kinda- similar, though not as grand in scope as you seem to be aiming for with this character).
