I did this piece back in 2004 and realized I haven't uplaoded it here! So here we are!
This parrot is Arpeggio from the Sly Cooper universe. He's a British villian in the game and dies right away towards the end of the game. At the time I drew this, I really liked the character and couldn't understand why he was snuffed out so soon. All he wanted was to be able to fly, because his wings were so small.
