NPCs who are part of the Square Heart world but are not members of the group. Anyone is free to control an NPC (submit your own!).

Milos is Basil's boss and a lot of an arsehole. He enjoys harassing Basil (and by extent Thea too), and uses his height and position to get what he wants.

Annette (i spelt it wrong on the image o^o) lives in and operates the lighthouse. She's usually very quite and reserved, but is prone to sudden psychotic episodes. She only shows her eyes during these outbursts.
