Eesh, haven't made anything in a while. I know. Sorry about that!
Anyway, here's Sonic, from Sonic & Knuckles. The one series I haven't really touched yet. He turned out pretty solid, and ironed real nice. I figured out a small issue I was having, and it should make future spriting a bit easier.
Sorry about the odd lighting- the fall sunshine tends to do that to me.
He's about 650 beads- I don't have an exact count. Gotta fiddle with Photoshop again.

The beading itself takes the longest time for the most part. The planning and picking out coloring can either be real simple or take forever, depending on the complexity. It's quite relaxing though, if you're into that sort of thing. It's worse for me, as I don't like to compromise with shades at all- if they're off, I usually just reject the sprite.
