When he turned 23, he was sent out on a high security risk drug bust, stuff went wrong, he lost his arm,He recieved his new arm after the department's Health Insurance paid for it and was let go from the force for being too high of a risk.
He went through training courses and became a Private Investigater at the age of 24, and has been doing it ever since.
