It's not much different from the scrap version.
The major reason being hat I actually liked listening to it and didn't feel like there was much more I could do. Not every piece needs to be an overture, so I'm actually suprisingly satisfied with this.

Wooow....i really like it a lot ^^....hrm...what sort of scale did you use, or do you just kinda go with whatever sounds good to you? and i dunno why, but i can see a strings piece fitting well underneath that, like...just an octave of the first note ringing out in the form of strings or something....uber nice piece^^
Ah...i see...hrms. well, if your using all the white keys, your technicly using a minor and a major at the same time.( its really complex so ill speare the details lol )it more or less depends on what not you start on. Like, if you were using all the white keys, and started on C then that would be C major. i dont know what the minor of the white keys is...i think it might be A( So, if A minor is the one that uses all the white keys as well, if you were to start on the note A, your song would sound sadder....i think...its uber confusing stuff music theory ) i dont know what happens if you start on other notes though when using the white keys, i guess it depend on which which note you use most commonly to conclude a riff or something. lol. though, either way, one doesnt need to learn scales nessicerily to play well, doing it by ear is still music theory in a way, your just learning it in a more ear trained sense^^;;;
Hrm...i heard a new version of FL just came out, i think seven or something. I dont know much about like...forming specific tones or anything, but you could always just add a bunch of effects to some of the more base sounds, changing how strong the effects on it are to make some...then just load it as another instrument in FL
Yeah FL 7, a friend of mine has been using a cracked beta version for a few months.
In plugins like SimSynth, 3xOsc, Sytrus, Wasp, and Wasp XT you can tell it the type of waveform to use. You can alter certain ways the waveform will change. On sytrus you can probably get the most detail into the waves, 3xOsc is pretty much the barebones utility version, wasp has wave forms and filtering, wasp xt has a little bit more control on filters.
It's not THAT complex once you know how some of it works. I suggest you play around with nobs.

ah...hrms...im surprised i actually understand what you said XD they were pretty sweet stuff though, i think my favorite was sytrus personally, they had a lot of arpish stuff...>_> im kind of a sucker for arps myself o_o i think that i think confused me the most about FL was the recording aspects and the little graph that goes along with each instrument.
The piano roll?
To record a soft synth all you need to do is have it open press record press play and have at it. Or just right click and open the piano roll. It simply places notes.
Or the playlist which is just placing each pattern made inthe appropriate location. It's actually really simple once you figure it out.
