Page 4: As Lord Alar will have explained...
Since Alar has already pointed out what Rocky and the others have to do, it should read "As Lord Alar has already explained".
Page 9: Tsc...
This isn't a major thing at all, but the mouth sound is actually "Tsk...". Feel free to ignore that one if you don't think it's a biggie. XD
Page 12: Shards of asphalt are raising from the ground!
This one can be tricky, but if you want to stick with raising, then you need to say "Shards of asphalt are being raised up from the ground!" You can also go with "Shards of asphalt are rising from the ground!". Up can be optional following rising too.
Page 15: It had big effect...
"It had a big effect...", unless that's intentional because of the way he speaks. X3
Page 27: If you want to come in my way
I'd say "get in my way".
