Oh no, he fights NOTHING like Vergil. Although later on in my story, he WILL come into possession of the Yamato, although it's not the same as the Yamato from DMC. Although it has similar powers, they're used somewhat differently.

Yeah, see, in my story, Nero's father, Mitsurugi, made three different swords with three different, very hard to find metals. Those swords were the Alraune, Yamato, and Damocles. While Nero possesses Alraune, Damocles was lost during his clan's massacre and Yamato's current whereabouts are unknown.

Tell me bout it. so your father is that legendary , and created 3 powerful swords? wow. too bad krys or CJ didn't get the chance to Meet him...or lack there of.

He isn't really legendary, he's just the creator of three unique swords. The metals each have their own innate properties. The metal of the Alraune is lightweight and highly durable, so it can easily replace the Keyblade, which is pretty much weightless to it's bearer. The metal of the Yamato is so resonant, that swinging it creates an invisible wave of wind and sound with each slash. And the metal of the Damocles is extremely sturdy, so much so that nothing can damage it, it doesn't rust, and it can cut through almost anything (excluding, of course, the Alraune and the Yamato).

After a lot of stuff, I decided to change Nero's story so that he doesn't actually use the Keyblade as a primary weapon EVER, but instead uses it in certain situations, like when he first fought Mephiles, the Keyblade appeared to him to allow him to defeat Mephiles once and for all. It also appeared to him once during his Dimension travelling/Zone Hopping, when he fought an alternate version of himself, where the death of his clan drove him insane, turning him into, essentially, Mephiles' heir. Aside from that, before he acquired the Alraune, he just used a basic Katana.

so basically the yamato is kinda have the same properties as the DMC yamato but kinda have sephiroths katana's focus blade taste to it.

But I DID draw the lines for the clothes, stripes in the hair, and shoes, and expanded the legs for the pants, so I'm getting better. XP

You did that much you are getting better maybe give him bangs like the kind tails has? i mean if you can't draw your own character hair right it time for change AKA new hair cut XD i do that with some characters of my mine own XD but drawing hedgehogs are hard to start with IMO i can't get sonic's right XD

Well it isn't that the hair's a problem when I'm DRAWING, but in MS Paint, it's a pain in the ass.
