This is a giftart for  pekepeke3!

The reason why I made this for him is cause I find his artworks to be cute, funny and very creative all at the same time, so I couldn't resist inflating him!

Plus, I wanted to try to draw in his style, see how my OC would look like! And I have to say, despite Tofer being evil, he looks cute as hell!
