The subject displayed confusion and adopted an antagonistic behaviour. As a result, the anesthetics provided in the post-operation recovery phase where withheld. The subject became more compliant. After several weeks of stimulus deprivation to ensure a stable testing platform, the first tests where begun. The subject adapted and the implants where not rejected. Phase two can begin once the internal regeneration processes are complete.

The girl came to my attention before I... recruited her. She was very interested in the conduct and ethics of my company. I invited her to a meeting, insistently. Had to see how convinced she was that I was conducting unethical research and infringing on basic rights. Delightfully, she decided to sign up for several consecutive gene-therapy sessions and came into my employment as a quality assurance consultant. As you can see, she takes her work very seriously.

So she knew from before hand the process... and the results. I'll have to say were satisfactory it seems. Goes with the trial and error.
