ingredients:
5 large white potatoes that after being baked once are cut in halves
bacon, LOTS of bacon
Cheese as much as you can get on it.
2 spoonfuls sour cream
1 spoonful cream cheese
2 and 1/2 spoonfuls of butter
first baking (uncut)
bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees F wrapped in tinfoil.
let cool for about 20 minutes or untill you can hold in your hand.
scoop out the inner part of the potatoe wisk/mash with whatever...
add the cheese, butter, sour cream, cream cheese and bacon while mashing
make sure the innards are the consistancy of pudding before stuffing the potatoes back with the innards and rebake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F
