well I finally got around to pulling hte pictures off my camera and decided to throw this one out there to share with the world how good I am looking in my blues ^_^ on my chest from the left side of the pic to teh right side. M.U.C (marines meritorious unit commendation), Sea service deployment (now with a bronze star device meaning 2 years deployed overseas.), good cookie (good conduct medal, 3 years and never gotten in trouble XD), national defense, global war on terrorism. so much better than my previous blues shots ^_^

They work though. The problem is the colors used are often so very wrong. The Marine desert MARPAT pattern is great, much better than what the Army was issued with. Hence the backronym "Man the Army is Really Pissed About This", but the babypuke green and blue ones are often issued in environments where they just stand out very badly.
And don't even get me started on blueberries. The Air Force may be weird, the Army slow, and the Marines a little gung-ho for their own good, but if you really want to muck up something, let the Navy at for a while.
