No, and we've actually been on BART twice before--once before Bay to Breakers (unsurprising), once on a Wednesday night under the bay after Groggy danced in fursuit (more surprising). Nobody mentioned a thing to us; we didn't see any BART cops, but we weren't hiding anything from the station agents.
I wouldn't recommend pushing it, but it's certainly not a "we're calling the cops" situation as far as we could tell.
