I'm not really sure what to write about.

Well, uh, I saw my therapist today. Apparently he has some expertise in holistic medicine. We give some of it a try every so often, and it usually makes me feel a bit better. Thing is, I'm not really sure how much of it legitimately does something and how much of it is just a placebo response. I'd like to do my own research into the subject sometime, but I don't really know where to start.
