This a suggestion from the most recent journal I posed for a creature or design to come up with: The Sigbin.
Some things on it: The Sigbin is a really odd creature from Filipino myth which apparently is a very badass creature. It was also a royal pain trying to research it, since there wasn't much in the way of descriptions of it. Some things, it drank blood, had big ears, a tail which was whip-like. Supposedly it's feet were backwards and it walked around backwards with it's head between it's legs... so, really a lot of flexibility with it. Another thing that it was reputed to have was a lamprey like maw in it's tongue, and was able to drain someone's blood by sticking a claw into the shadow of the person in question.
Taking some liberty with it, I came up with a few things designwise to explain some of the stuff, physiologically speaking, like his toes being on both the front and back of his feet, some barbed spines in the tail, an dwell an insanely flexible body.
I am sort of happy with how it turned out, but resolved to upload it, even if I wasn't 100% happy with it. I am going to be working on some other pics with this design, it was fun concepting, and I will be fiddling with this one to clean it up some. It was a little to sketchy in some areas, and hope to tighten up this design some.
Done in pen, and hope you like it. I would love to get any feedback and thoughts you're willing to give on this. Thank you =)

Thank you so much! I'm just trying to work with stuff, and come up with different takes on things, and hope people get entertained by it as much as I do sometimes.

I was working out how the creature could be so flexible with the descriptions I came across when researching it, and thought that it might be able to dislocate and relocate it's joints to be insanely flexible (well my take on it). Unfortunately it didn't come out looking as well as I would like, and it's one of the things i was looking at thinking of how to clean up a little. ^^;

It was fun working on the face some, definitely helped give him a lot more depth =3
I was looking to do one where there was a lot more visible 'pain' with the shift, thanks very much for the commentary, and well, once the change subsides, I am fairly certain he would be just fine to meet anywhere.
