"Plush" because...well, this makes me feel all warm and comfy whenever I look at it, haha~ Nothin' to do with what she's making, Carrot's plushie, or the pillows/blankets, just... It just has such a soft and happy feel to it. In any case, I really love how everything came out. ;u;

Ah! Well, I have a brush pack that Onta put out some time ago - I can't remember which pack it is or when I got it (I only remember that it was sometime earlier this year), but it has a lot of different pastel brushes in it. I mainly use the soft oil pastel brush to shade, and I blend with a watercolour tool that spazzykoneko gave me the settings for. I generally take my base and shadow colours and alernate blending them until I get just the right softness in something, and then I add highlights (if any) once I'm happy with the shadows. oωo
awesome~ if the name does jog your memory it would be awesome to know what the pack is called. but I'll keep an eyes out of pastel type brush packs on that site. Would Koneko be willing to share the watercooler tool settings? it does sound intreging :)
And thanks for the the run down, I usually do that sort of method myself, when feather shading. If its cel shade though, pass that stage n just lay the shading and lighting down >w<

I just checked my files again - it looks like I downloaded it back in May, and the file name for the back is "ontapastelbrushes". As for the watercolour settings for blending, this should be correct - I just took a screenshot of it in my own window: http://i43.tinypic.com/epm4pc.png
Hope it helps. >u<
