Here's some critique:
Check proporations (i.e. narrow the shoulders, make the head bigger.)
Won lines more, they are too sloppy on the hair/fur tufts
Use varying line width
Line on middle of neck unneccesary, indicate the indent there wit shadow instead
Don't shade each individual fur, shade the whole form
