Finally got around to posting Captain Yellow from Dragon Ball. I thought he was way too cool of a character to have such a messed up fate. That is one reason he was one of the first I planned to put in K-9 Agency. It is honestly more of an older drawing and its definitely not perfect. But I will be doing more in the future. He will still be a villain, but there is also another version that may join the heroes.
