Adorable! I do love American Kestrels, they're darn fun little birdies to work with, but can be so tough as well. Weights are so small, after all...

If he was a she he'd have just brown on his wings instead of blue.
This is also his first year so he's still changing color a bit in the chest. He'll get darker.
