Storywise this would be Mystef's dark 'twin' as created on a parallel universe. This Mystef gets trapped in between dimensions upon passing trough a portal and starts feeding on elemental streams passing from plane to plane. As a result they grow more powerful and twisted with a craving to absorb more elements - Dark Mystef becomes a threat to both planes of existance once they escape.
