Actually, I tried using the real skin color Knuckles has. (Shown in Sonic X, I know its a lame ref, but lol.) I didn't really expect it to come out as 'pale'. I just didn't want them to turn out with the same feet color.
As for Rouge's hair, I always draw female characters with hair, longer than they should be. Cuz' I like girls with long hair. ^^;

Ah I see, whenever you do, its abit more cartoonish apart from the other Sonic shows that has a slightly serious tone as far as plot goes, but I'm no expert ^^;. Just the way you do feet reminded me of this one episode of AOSTH, The Mystery of the Missing Hi-tops. Whenever you do, check it out and you'll see ^^;.
