I planned to upgrade it with a cheap Fujitsu Siemens Esprino but they just got 200W power
supply. Because I need a second hard disk and the fact that the touchscreen receive its power from PC I need more power. But the mainboard don't like my 500W power supply.
I have to figure it out what the problem is.

mainboard is dead and why are use using such low grade why not make it with newer models? you can get motherboards current now for cheap mine is a p8p67 le asus with i5 2500 cpu should have used i7cpu tho.. love this soo much it need better cable hiding try using a wireless mouse and keyboard touch screen lcd? where do u get one
