Oh, in real life, I'm sure, but in this particular world, the region and season she's in wouldn't really allow for it in a comfortable way (or healthy, for that matter). But then again, this picture is beyond due for a MASSIVE revamp, as a lot of her features need to be updated and changed. Thanks ^^
