this is pretty funny/cute xP
but if you were going for canine anatomy(and the anatomy is pretty good) I don't think they have an inside...toe nail or whatever, on their hind legs. Just their front.

They can. I've seen many a case of dogs with dew claws on their back legs and even double dew claws back there :P
