No actually she can't, and to be honest she's terrified of heights..
couldn't think of a title.. but yeah, this was her "halloween costume" this year,
got the commission late but yeah.. she's probably where one contact, fake wings, and fake hair to make her hair look longer.

also she doesn't have her usual neck scarf around her neck instead it's behind her, then her pants are different.. but her top is something normal.
