I really zoned with this one...

The concept behind this image is far more complicated than the image itself, as all of my images generally are, and is also about (but not specifically from) one of my stories. The face(s) are both the same character, fyi.

A lot of this comes from a very long, several day spanning conversation two friends and I have been having about the concept of god and just spiritualism in general. Now, it's no secret that I'm very fond of the mysterious, the paranormal, and the unexplainable and, for me, spirituality falls into this category. Basically, like in most cases, I was the only one who really felt like there's something greater going on aside from our basic, petty little existence and lives. I don't know what, I don't dare to proclaim that I even have the slightest clue - it is merely personal opinion. That's where this comes in. It's almost impossible to explain the idea behind this image without giving away things that I'd rather not divulge save through the stories themselves (which are either unwritten or mostly unwritten), so unfortunately I cannot tell you much more. Sowwie.

I do hope you enjoy the image though as I'm quite fond of it. I know it's not overtly furry, but if need be, imagine the astronaut is a tailless cat and it should all be gravy. =P
