Prophecies: Flight of the Quetzalcoatl Orchestra
From my piano suite Prophecies, here is the orchestral version.
I will be adding timpani, snare, and some more orchestral hits, so this version is temporary and will be replaced. What is missing is any and all percussion, i unfortunately am no where close to a percussionist... so i will try, but until i actually get something i am happy with, it will stay this way. If anyone is willing to help me out, let me know! I can do pitched percussion however. I am willing to learn to do more. :)
The Quetzalcoatl was the Aztecs great feather serpent god. He was a Creator god, the god of twins, the god of the Evening and Morning Star, protector of craftsman, a rain maker as well as a fire-bringer, teacher of the finer arts, and the god of twins. As Echecatl, he was the god of winds. Furthermore, he is know as the god that created the calender, it was he who set the day of Prophecy. The Quetzalcoatl is destined to battle the god of war, Tezcatlipoca over the fate of the good souls left by Anubis and his Judgement. In Prophecies, his arrival marks the recreation of life after the universal destruction.

I'd be willing to add some percussion to this if you like... even live snare drum could work... i could sit and play a march style snare and bass thing on my real drums, then dress it up a bit.
or more of a darker, tribal kind of sound... deep, leather-headed war drums, etc.. i have lots of goodies in that regard! lemme know.
your stuff just gets better and better.
