Hi People! As you may know, I often color pictures for other people as gift art and this is no different. AlexSpastic drew THE coolest picture of Bugs Bunny that I have EVER seen, and I couldn't resist throwing some color on it! Trouble was at the time I saw it I only had MS Paint. and it would have taken me about 6 months to complete! But I recently aquired OpenCanvas <3 and it took only 12 hours instead!
This is the most heavily layered artwork I have ever done consisting of about 32 active layers, (The golden armor sections ALONE had 10 layers!), but when I finished I had managed to condense it to only 6.

You could probably work something out in Photoshop...but I wouldn't how. MY suggestion would be to take it into MS Paint and just extend the black border until its the size you need, then center it. The picture itself wouldn't cover the entire screen, but it would leave plenty of black space for your desktop icons without cluttering up the actual image...
