Drawn on brown paper with colored pencils, ink and gel pens then cut out and put over festive paper. (Man, I really wish red would scan like it should!! Background paper is also a shiny silver. Not glitter, just shiny.)
This one is meant to pair up with Tenshi's badge. Kind of a couple's badge thing but where each one can stand on its own.

I don't know, and apparently it's "Angel Kitty" so I screwed up. I guess it's just that foreign languages sound cooler because they're phonetically more novel, and because the lack of instant association with meaning gives it a kind of artificial weight which combine with the novelty of the foreign culture it is associated with and make it seem more significant. It's sort of the same reason people appropriate terms from foreign languages in the first place; it's a kind of xenophilia which gives added personal meaning what is novel or other, and in proportion to the extent that what is familiar is perceived as boring or mundane in return.
Well Youkai and I both love the Japanese tradition, culture, etc. and we plan on living over there for a few months in the future. But the main reason behind our names is due to the "opposites attract" thing plus our characters have other "forms" therefor myself having an angelic form and Youkai having a demon form. So in other words it doesn't take ANYTHING from the names/meanings. They are sentimental to us and that's that.
