The one at the bottom right is directed at yyyfan09's cousin. She's a HUUUUUUUUGE Bloodstone fangirl. Like... to the point where it's a bit disturbing but also awesome at the same time. Not gonna go into details, but... I mean my Arceus woman. When you're goin' at it with your boyfriend, do you really need to fantasize about Bloodstone???? That is what I call a hardcore Pokephile. WHO IS THIS WOMAN I MUST DESTROY MY RIVAL
But no, this page makes me happy in ways that even his sublime ass could not.
The poses, the faces, and the fascinating cross-section of his character.
Those little chibis are to die for; I wish they came in a professional pattern so that I could have them printed on curtains, wallpaper, sheets, blankets, shower curtains and book-jackets.
This page also helps to illustrate the 'grand' hand gestures he makes, which helps us picture his style of movement in our minds: he has an elegant sense of style that sets him apart, with a sense of casualness that makes him more approachable.
I wasn't kidding when I said the examination of his character was the best part of his page. Look at the morose way he's sitting there, someone for whom most things in life come easily, at a loss for how to deal with his life's few obstacles.
I love how he's baffled by the fact that his girlfriends cheat on him. It leads to all kinds of questions: Was he just assuming that their relationship meant more than it did? Did the girl just think of him as an epic bang, nothing more? How many times has this happened? What, exactly did he feel when he found out?
And of course, from a purely physical stand-point, he is flawless. And I'm sure he indulges in the most basic emotional requirements, so he would be legitimately baffled as to why they would want anyone else.
And of course, there is that question he poses to himself that makes me tingly with fanboy glee: "If I have everything I ever wanted ...Shouldn't I be happy...?"
Cause (And yes, I know this is non-cannon, at least for now) if he's asking himself this question, sh*t just got real.
He's found out it's lonely at the top, that money can't buy you happiness, that fans are not true companions, and all those other things that we lesser beings have been trying to convince ourselves is true since the dawn of time. ("I might live in a box, but I PITY the lonely guy in a mansion... Yeah!")
Bloodstone has reached that place that so many lucky or ambitious people before him have reached: The Top. He's done it, he's achieved the dream, he's won.
...So now what? So many other things got tossed aside in the pursuit of this goal, and it may be too late to pursue them now. He's been so focused on getting what he wants, he doesn't even have a name for the longings he feels now.
...Poor guy...

Usually the cheating is a result of a combination of the two. Despite popular belief, he isn't just looking for dates to last a week or two, but everyone he ends up with is. At the same time, he's actually very sweet and loyal to the very few individuals who are close to him (and I mean VERY few), and it's kinda tough to dump people like that, so I guess they just end up cheating on him instead of plainly stating they're moving on to the next fling. As for his reaction... He's a very good actor, on and off the stage, so he can make it look and sound like he's playing it off easily and moving on quickly, but it does hurt him. This has happened probably at least 10 times.
And yes, later on in Isn't He a Gem (MUCH later on, like in the Sinnoh chapters), Bloodstone will come across this conflict and make attempts to repair his relationship with Gem. At first, though, he's the cocky, stuck-up brat we all know and love/hate with a passion, so don't worry.

Gem in particular because he's the one the comic revolves around, because he's the main one Bloodstone could've been the closest to if he'd acted differently, and because Bloodstone's behavior and attention-hogging were the reasons Gem even set out to get stronger in the first place. If it weren't for bloodstone, Gem never would've run away from home in the first place.
